Inauguration
Formal inauguration of the conference will be held on 8th February, 2001 in the evening.;
 
Conference Information:

Scientific exhibition
Various neonatal surgical & intensive care equipment will be put up for exhibition along with the usual pharmaceutical products. Firms and companies interested in their sales promotion may contact the Organizing Secretary at the earliest for further information

Meals
Lunch on all days of a conference (9th to 11 the February) will be provided to all registered delegates or registered accompanying persons will be taken care of by way of provision of Relaxation lounges, Kids Corner, and some interesting family events.

Social Events
Dinners (Banquet) with cultural programme will be arranged at the venue on the evening of 8th, 9th & 10th February 2001. Accompanying persons will be taken care of way of provision of Relaxation lounges, Kinds Corner, and some interesting family events.

Accomodation
Hotel reservation is limited at Patna and will be strictly booked on request on first come first serve basis. Please fill the form and mail it to us before 31st October 2000.

Transport
Conveyance will be arranged from the hotel to the venue of conference. Details of transport will be given at the registration counter.

Official Language
The official language of the conference will be Engligh

Facility for presentation
In addition the usual overhead projects and 35mm slide projects (both single and twin projects), video scope and computer aided presentation (preferably IBM compatible) will be available at the venue of the conference. Free communication will be provided with 35mm slide projects and overhead projects only.

Cloak Room
Cloak room facilities will be there for registered delegates.

Weather and clothes
Weather at Patna during February will be pleasantly cold, the temperature varying between 8.20 degree, woolens may be required at times. If you wish to visit Kathmandu, you may bring usual woolen clothes.

Visa Requirement
All international visitors need a visa for India (expect this from Nepal)

Letter of invitation
A letter of invitation will be sent in due course on request which will facilitate the delegate travels. this letter does not entitle ant delegates for any financial remuneration and expenses for attending the conference such as registration fee, travel, and accommodation which will have to be paid, better in advance.
