The India Giani Fund, started by the neonatologists of Indian origin practising in the USA, under the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), is requesting Neonatologists from all over India to apply for the 2 scholarships available to attend this research meeting, largest such Pediatric Research Conference in the world.  More information on this meeting can be obtained at the www.aps-spr.org  
 
Preference will be given to those Pediatricians and neonatologists who have submitted an ABSTRACT FOR THIS CONFERENCE, although it is not a must.  The application template for the conference through India Giani Fund can be downloaded from our newly setup website, www.indiagianifund.org.  Please download the application, fill it and send it to us-Ms Alejandra Lule at AAP or to me at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. The registration fees for the conference (over $550) will be paid by the India Giani Fund/AAP.   In addition a scholarship is awarded to the visitor (s) through the India Giani Fund.  As you know, this  conference is attended by neonatologists and other pediatric subspecialists all over the world to learn about the recent developments in neonatology/subspecialties, and to meet with some of the renowned experts in all the subspecialties of Pediatrics including neonatol, present their research findings through posters or platform presentations, exchange ideas and look for collaboration in future educational/research efforts.
 
We would like the visiting Indian scholars chosen by the India Giani Fund to utilize this opportunity to learn new techniques, acquire newer knowledge or seek collaboration with experts from various countries. along with a rotation through any one of the major NICUs in USA, which have neonatal fellowship and residency teaching programs.
