Those interested in releasing the book should send two copies of their publication to the Central IAP Office for Review.  If approved, then the author / editor will be required to bring 5 copies of the approved publication to the pedicon venue and hand over the packet of books neatly packed, to the Secretary General just half an hour before the scheduled inaugural function of the PEDICON.  The last minute request for release of book will not be entertained under any circumstances.  The last date for submission of two copies of the book to the Central IAP Office is 30th November 2009.
