Process
Use the enclosed booking form, indicate your preference of hotels and send the form to the address mentioned below.

Terms & Conditions
- The room tariffs are on per room / per night basis.
- If no single or double tariffs mentioned, rates are same for both occupancy.
- The tariffs mentioned do not include taxes, which needs to be paid directly at the time of check-out.
- Additional beds will be charged extra which needs to be paid directly at the time of check-out.
- If there is an increase in taxes this also needs to be paid directly at the time of check-out for all bookings made in advance.

Confirmation Policy
One night room tariff is required to confirm the booking. Balance amount to be paid before 30th November 2008.
Full payment for the rooms is required before hotel voucher is given along with billing instructions against the hotel booked
