*1 - Post Graduate students should furnish a letter / certificate from their respective Institutions signed by H O D.

*2 - For Sr. Citizens valid age proof (DL / Voter's ID / Passport) is required and entitled age limit is 65 years
The Sr. Citizen should have completed 65 years on the date of application, registration fees will be applicable as per the Pro Rata (under each phase of registration)
For Sr.Citizens above 70 years registration is free. (valid age proofs needs to be submitted)
The Sr. Citizen should have completed 70 years on the date of application and to complete registration formalities before 30th September'2008
For Foreign delegates normal registration fee applies as per Pro Rata (under each phase of registration)

Children upto 5 years are exempted from registration. Above 5 years are considered as accompanying persons and are entitled for accompanying delegate registration fees.

Registration will be closed with 4500 delegates. The first 3000 delegates will be allowed to get accompanying delegates. Registration fees are in Indian Rupees and for Foreign Delegates it is in US Dollars

Spot Registration is not entertained and if required Rs.2,800/- to be added to the last slab, however delegate kit or accommodation cannot be guaranteed

Payment can be done through Credit Card (Online) / Cash or Demand Draft favouring - Pedicon 2009

Cancellation Policy :
There will be no refund for cancellation after 30th September, 2008. Refund on cancellation would be made only after conference. Only written cancellations send to Pedicon Secretariat will be accepted.

Presentation of the receipt at the registration counter is a must for all delegates
