IAP Grievance Cell

The Executive Board constituted the "IAP GRIEVANCE CELL" in the meeting held on 17th/18th June 2000. The members of this cell shall be 5 Past Presidents of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics. The Chairman of this cell will be chosen from amongst themselves. The President and the Secretary General of the year would be the Ex-officio Members but would not be taking part in decision-making process. Dr. Mahesh Baldwa, the Convenor of the IAP Medicolegal Cell would be a coopted member of the IAP Grievance Cell. Last one past President would be retiring every year. This Cell is required to look into all types of grievances. In case any member of the Cell is involved in the case under scrutiny, such a member shall not be a part of the Cell for that particular case.
